How do you like being healthy by eating and exercising how would the future you feel if you eat healthy now pretty grateful But if you start eating junk food when you are young. You will become fat lazy and unable to find friends and you will get bullied a lot more.
(i) You will become severely unhealthy and you won't be able to recover because you started from a young age you can stop your diet of unhealthy junk foods at school so you will be unable to do most of the fitness at school and will be unable to make it into any of the sport teams!
(ii)Type 2 diabetes is becoming more common, and over consumption of junk food can increase one's risk of developing it. There are two reasons why Type 2 diabetes can be caused by eating too much junk food. Many junk foods contain a high volume of sugar. If high volumes of sugar are consumed over a long period of time, the body can stop producing enough insulin. This can lead to Type 2 diabetes. In addition, Type 2 diabetes can be induced by becoming overweight or obese. In fact, many people who have Type 2 diabetes are able to cure the condition by losing weight.
(iii) During childhood, bones are developing. Growing children need a significant quantity of calcium each day for bone development. Without enough calcium, serious defects in bone development can occur. In addition to the lack of calcium in junk food, many junk foods contain high levels of sugar and fat. This can weaken bones.
in conclusion, junk food should be banned at school, because Because kids are becoming overweight and even obese, it can cause type 2 diabetes and it can be bad for your bone health.
